Chef Roger Wang

Chef Roger Wang  grew up in Richardson, Texas.  He has a passion for food stemming from his mother and grandmother. Food brought his family together, and he was amazed by the different foods his family cooked. These experiences were not only in his household but in his parents’ friend’s homes as well. Chef Roger graduated from The Art Institute of Dallas in 2006. The time he spent there allowed him to learn more about himself and opened his eyes to the infinite possibilities that cooking can offer. His culinary career has been a roller coaster of different experiences. He has work with many establishments and groups, which include:

The Dallas Cowboys
Embassy Suites
Mama Emilia’s
Ferrari’s Italian Villa
Eatzi’s Market and Bakery
Charlie Palmer at the Joule Hotel
AT&T World Corporate Headquarters
Nick & Sam’s Grill
Frisco Gun Club
Theodore @ North Park Mall
Cedar Grove

He is always looking for new ideas and experiences that will help him excel in the culinary field.  For Chef Roger, inspiration can come from the most simple of places or ideas.
